It's unreal to announce all list of not paying PTC (BUX) on one page. Hundreds new advertising projects are “born” and “die” daily. Here are placed some of the last Scam which I have faced.

It's necessary to know some simple receptions for Scam's definition of which I'd like to inform with you.

1. Pay attention to design of a site.
2. Whether there an active Forum is on a site and if is, look at some last messages. Whether the Admin answers asked questions.
3. Attentively familiarise with ToS (Terms of Service). There should not be a different interpretation of conditions in the ToS and the short description on the main page.
4. Compare the cost of viewing and cost of advertising of placed references. On PTC which is paying, the viewing cost usually does not exceed $0,01, and more often less of this.

Even all of described above not always allow to tell with 100 %-s' reliance, that this BUX is not a Scam. At first sight, serious projects in a consequence "die" sometimes.
